Day of Coordinator The last thing you want to do on your special day is harp over the details. We will put you and your family at ease with our day of coordinating. We will take responsibility for: directing all vendors, writing the day's agenda, contacting each vendor the week of the event to finalize all details, distributing final payments to each vendor the night of the event, setting up place cards, sigh-in book, favors, and prizes, greeting and directing guests, collecting gifts for guest(s) of honor, and meeting with guest(s) of honor and family within one week prior to the event.
